What is Signature Care?


FlowMotion Signature is a premium mobile service offering private, 1:1 Pilates and massage therapy sessions delivered to you in your own space. Designed to support the evolving needs of pregnancy and postnatal recovery, this 2-hour weekly visit provides complete physical and emotional care in a calm, unhurried setting.


Whether you’re seeking core strength, postural support, birth preparation, or postnatal healing — this is a personalised experience, guided by a practitioner with deep maternity expertise.

What’s Included?


Each 6 weekly Signature session includes:

 

  • 1 hour of tailored pregnancy or postnatal Pilates
  • 1 hour of full-body massage therapy
  • Adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery
  • Breathwork, core control, pelvic floor recovery, and labour prep
  • A seamless, mobile visit for complete body-mind support
 

How it Works?


Signature care is offered in rolling 6-week blocks, available from 16 to 38 weeks of pregnancy and from 6-12 weeks postnatally. 

 
Most clients book early and continue through pregnancy and return postnatally.

 

  • Sessions are held weekly at your chosen location
  • One-off 2-hour sessions are also available at a higher rate
  • Pre-booking is advised to secure continuity

Labour Massage
& Movement at Home


A one-off offering for those in early labour. A calm, grounded 1:1 session in your home to:

 

  • Provide mobility, positioning, and gentle massage techniques
  • Support oxytocin and endorphin release
  • Guide you through relaxation and breath work
  • Help you feel safe, calm, and in control before heading to your birth location

One-Off Signature Session

 

  • 2-hour mobile visit (1 hr Pilates + 1 hr massage)
  • £200 per session
  • Perfect single taster session

6-Week Signature Series

 

  • 6 weekly 2-hour sessions
  • £1,050  ( £175 per session )
  • (Save £150 when booked as a package)
  • A complete and convenient weekly care plan, with flexibility to renew
     

Labour Massage & Movement

 

  • £250 for up to 2 hours
  • Home visits only — hospital or birth location massage is POA
