Pregnancy & Health Disclaimer


All sessions support wellbeing but participation is at your own risk. Always inform FlowMotion of medical changes. Consent from a health professional is required. Stop the session and inform the practitioner if you feel unwell.


Cancellations & Refunds

 

FlowMotion Pilates & Massage provides high-quality, specialist perinatal care. These Terms & Conditions outline our booking, cancellation, and refund policies to ensure fairness and clarity for both clients and practitioner.

 

We understand that pregnancy and the postnatal period can bring unexpected changes — flexibility will always be offered wherever possible. If FlowMotion Pilates needs to cancel or reschedule a session (due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), an alternative date or appropriate extension will be provided.

 

Signature & Birth Preparation Care

 

Signature and Birth Preparation services are bespoke, limited-availability programmes.

 

  • A 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice before the first booked session.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, except in the case of medical or pregnancy-related complications.
  • Once a programme has commenced, any mid-series cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Due to limited monthly capacity, please book early — a waiting list operates for clients wishing to secure future availability.

 

Essentials Classes

 

Essentials Pilates classes run in six-week rolling blocks.

 

  • Each participant may roll over one missed class per block, subject to space availability within the same term.
  • Additional missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.
  • If FlowMotion Pilates must cancel a class, the teacher will provide an alternative date or an extension.
  • For pregnancy or medical reasons preventing ongoing participation, please contact Nicola directly to arrange a suitable alternative or credit where appropriate.


Massage Therapy

 

Massage appointments are limited and often booked in advance.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rebooked or refunded in full.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except for medical or pregnancy-related reasons.
  • If FlowMotion Pilates must cancel, an alternative date or full refund will be provided.

 

Additional Notes

 

  • Clients can book Signature or Birth Preparation services from 12–14 weeks to commence at 16 weeks.
  • Birth Preparation sessions are best booked from 28 weeks to begin around 32 weeks.
  • FlowMotion Pilates takes annual leave of up to three months per year — always arranged around client requirements.
  • By booking any service with FlowMotion Pilates & Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Mobile Services


Ensure a clean, quiet space for both mat Pilates and massage table. Please allow time for setup, session and completion. Notify us in advance of parking restrictions.


Photos & Social Media


Images may be used for promotion only with your written consent. Participation is optional.

Mobile care is available across Hertfordshire, Essex, and North London (within approx. 1 hour of North Herts).

 

Practitioner Leave

 

Signature care may pause for annual leave (up to 3 months). This will be communicated in advance, and limited availability may remain for flexible care during this time.
